The apartment is now owned by a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer who is a partner at 54 Below, a Broadway-themed cabaret supper club in the same location as the original Studio 54. The five-bedroom apartment is listed for $4.5 million by David Harris of Coldwell Banker Warburg.
