The seven-bedroom, 17,000-square-foot home on 537 acres was developed on the site of a former children’s summer camp. The estate is loaded with features including a gun range, tennis courts, guest house and a private beach. After Tom died in 2013, the home was listed in 2018 at $6.2 million.
