Tom Petty’s Malibu Home Has Sold

The seven-bedroom Mediterranean-style main home, a guest home, a recording studio, seven bedrooms, a pool and 2.6 acres came on the market in 2024 at $19 million and was later reduced to $15.49 and $12.99 million. Petty died in 2017. The listing agents were Myra Nourmand & Levi Freeman from Nourmand & Associates-HW, and the buyer’s agents were Michael Telega & Or Brodsky from (The Brodsky Group) Compass.
