Tony Parker Relists Mansion & Waterpark

Former NBA star Tony Parker has relisted his San Antonio home for $11 million, a big reduction from the $20 million he was asking in 2025. In addition to the 13,297-square-foot home on 53 acres, the property includes a Texas-sized backyard waterpark with slides, waterfalls, lazy rivers, and grottos. The property also boasts a 5,992-square-foot gym, tennis court, greenhouse, and a Jurassic Park-themed entrance. The sale also includes Parker’s collection of life-size Marvel action-figure characters.

Parker played almost 20 years in a Hall-of-Fame career with the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs. He told the New York Post, “My vision was to build something where I can host my family and my friends and create memories. I like to host, and when my friends come from France, you know it’s a long flight, so I wanted a place where they can come for long stays.”
