According to a survey by Bankrate.com, the best U.S. cities for retirement are in the West with good weather, low taxes and cost of living. The Phoenix, Arizona area is ranked #1 followed by Arlington/Alexandria, Virginia. Prescott and Tucson, Arizona came in at #3 and #4.
