Tyler Perry’s Atlanta mansion just sold for $17.5 million, setting a new sales record for the Atlanta region. The French provincial home is located on the Chattahoochee River with over 34,000 square feet, seven bedrooms, fourteen baths, stately formal rooms, lighted tennis court, theater and underground ballroom. Tyler was asking $25 million.
