U.S. Home Prices Still Going Up

According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Prices NSA Index, home prices have still been going up in much of the United States. Home prices increased nationally 7.7% at the end of 2022, with especially strong markets in Miami, Tampa and Atlanta. However, western U.S. states Nevada, Arizona, California and Utah did show price declines at the end of 2022.
