US Home Sales To Internationals Jump 44%

Between April 2024 and March 2025, international buyers purchased 78,100 US properties, a huge increase of 44% from the prior year and the first increase since 2017. Florida had the largest share of international buyers with 21% followed by California with 15%. China and Canada were the leading countries of buyers at 15% and 14%.
