A secluded island in Chilean Patagonia with 150± miles of coastline, fresh water, lakes, lagoons, and forests with 110,000± acres has hit the market at $35 million. Rising from the long coastline to tall mountains and deep valleys, low sandbanks separate three large lakes and over 80 lagoons from the ocean. The Andes Mountains—the longest mountain range on the planet—extend across the entire length of the Virgin Island, acting as a climatic screen and the territory’s natural insulator. The listing is held by Jeff Buerger of Hall and Hall.
