The owners of a Beverly Hills home spared no expense in the construction of their 13-bedroom compound. They told WSJ, “OK, if we could have anything we wanted—the sky’s the limit—what would we want?’ And we just went for it.” And they did. The for-sale listing includes 28,000 square feet, a cowboy-themed nightclub, a bowling alley, a shooting range, a 20-seat movie theater, and a subterranean emergency section with bulletproof doors and a 4,500-bottle wine cellar. The asking price is $85 million, and the listing agents are Drew Fenton of Carolwood Estates and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.
