World’s Hottest Housing Markets!

The hottest housing market for 2015 was Qatar with appreciation over 16%, following the country’s 2014 increase of 37.2%. Other hot markets include Ireland over 23% in the last two years, Sweden over 19% in 2014 and 15, New Zealand over 18%, Hong Kong over 14% and Iceland at almost 12%. The United States also ranks high with average increases over 8% since 2014.
