The location is exceptional! At the north end of Virginia Beach is an exclusive neighborhood with the Atlantic Ocean on the east side and lovely Crystal Lake on the west side that has a protected waterway for ocean access. This home was designed to our green standards of today with double walls, double glazed windows, copper roof and window screens. The renovation included two central air units and radiant floor heat as well as a fitness room and sauna. NOTEWORTHY: The furniture in the house was designed by Mr. Wright and stays with the home!
