Despite recent record home sales in California, mansions are frequently a tough sale with a very limited supply of buyers. Some of the state’s most exceptional mansions have been lolling on the market for several years with no takers. Top San Francisco broker Olivia Hsu Decker decided it was time to light a fire under this niche market and came up with the idea of a group auction where the properties would be auctioned simultaneously. The homes and estates range from San Francisco, Ross, Napa Valley, Belvedere, Tiburon to San Rafael.

A wide assortment of San Francisco and Napa Valley homes, wine lovers will especially appreciate the Juslyn Vineyards estate. Originally priced at $18.8 million, bidding will start at $14 million. The bidding is for the estate only and doesn’t include the Juslyn Vineyards label nor the large inventory, but can be negotiated separately. In 2015, the brand and barrels were being offered for $9.5 million.

Six estates valued over $85 million are going to auction April 24th with bids accepted up until that date.
