This seems to be the year for spectacular Florida equestrian estates. The dressage community already knows this lovely estate designed by Carol Cohen, who pioneered the concepts of adding covered riding arenas and spa-like horse facilities for private estates.

Both Carol and her daughter, Rebecca, are decorated dressage competitors who have moved to New Jersey where Rebecca is training in dressage with Pan Am Gold Medalist, Lauren Sammis.

Two Swans Farm has just been featured in the 2012-2013 winter edition of Equestrian Quarterly, which features high-profile equestrian estates owned by billionaires and celebrities.
