Focused, driven and so multi-talented she makes us dizzy with envy, "Jenny from the Block" isn’t just another pretty girl or fly-by-night rock star. At 43 and now hitting her prime, Jennifer Lopez is already worth $250 million with an annual income from "American Idol"of $12 million a year, not to mention earnings from her films, recordings, fashion line, perfume and production company. She has just started another new business of selling Verizon cell phones to the Latino market under the company name Viva Movil as an authorized Verizon reseller. Her first store will open in New York on June 15th with others following in high Latino population cities like Los Angeles and Miami. The stores will have bilingual staff and, quoting Jennifer, will be a "culturally relevant shopping experience. Latinos need a place to go and they need to be catered to because it is such a growing demographic and market and people want to capture that, and they deserve to be catered to."

Is being close to her new business venture the reason J Lo just bought a fabulous new estate in the Hamptons? It is, after all, the perfect summer home at 8,500 square feet, 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a pool, pool house and plenty of green lawn for her twins to romp. The house is filled with light and has a theater, sauna, steam room and lots of porches. Located on a cul-de-sac, the home is very private.
