Built on three levels, guests have their own floor on the second level while public rooms and the master wing with library are on the main floor. The second lower level contains the family room and three guest suites. The lower third floor level offers an exercise room with a full bath, cork flooring and windows with garden courtyard views. Also on this level is a temperature controlled wine cellar with 1,200-bottle capacity. The upper third floor level features a private executive office with full bath and a peek of the lake as well as a staff or guest quarters with full bath, kitchen, den and sitting area. Outside are two matching garages that flank the entrance and on the lake side is a wide white sand beach, private pier and two licensed buoys.
