When art gallery owners have a house designed to their personal taste, the architecture usually turns out to be notable. But when the owners of the Stremmel Gallery in Reno, Nevada engaged Mark Mack of Batey & Mack architectural firm out of Venice, California to design their contemporary home, little did they know that it would end up being one of the most photographed and honored architectural masterpieces in the country.
