Due to a bald eagle’s nest that had been there for years, they named the estate Palazzo delle Aquile (Italian for "Palace of the Eagles").

The Palazzo delle Aquile result was a magnificent home with Venetian-Gothic inspired architecture that is present throughout the interior spaces and exterior elevations of the home designed around a center courtyard.
