Rihanna Fenty (yes, she really does have a last name), at the age of 24, has experienced more than adults twice her age. In 2012 Time magazine named her one of the most influential people in the world and Forbes listed her as the fourth most powerful celebrity of the year with earnings of $53 million.

Discovered at age 16 in her homeland of Barbados, she has skyrocketed to almost unheard of success in eight years with five Grammy Awards, five American Music Awards and eighteen Billboard Music Awards. The new home is in Pacific Palisades with 11,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. To remind her of her tropical roots, this brand new home has a huge garden, pool, spa and BBQ entertaining area with almost every room opening to the outside. Though the home was listed at $14.95 million, Rihanna made her own deal for a purchase price of $12 million. Her neighbors include Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen who moved into their new $20 million, 22,000 square foot home this past summer.
