It's another story of a nice boy, Ryan Reynolds, and a nice girl, Scarlett Johansson, who just didn't make it beyond the 3-year mark. Still great friends, the couple decided to cut the cord on the marriage and apply themselves individually to their growing careers. After all, it takes a lot of hours and concentrated work effort to rise to stardom these days. . . Unless you're discovered on YouTube! Fortunately each of these attractive people are on a track to the big-time with good roles in a number of upcoming films.
Their decision to divorce, of course, puts a very nice house on the market for us to explore, and it's a good one! Designed by Buff & Hensman in 1969, the 2,835sf residence contains 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and an open floor plan. However, what we particularly love about the house is the master suite with its own private walled garden and outdoor shower. (For those uninitiated to life in the sunshine, the more things we can do outside, the better!) It has all the elements of good design: Walls of glass to enjoy the marvelous views over LA and the Pacific, it's private, is eco-friendly with its solar panel system, has a lovely lawn and garden, multi-level patios and a very pretty pool. What we like even more is that it's a realistic size and doesn't have to shout "show off" to get your full attention.
Good taste for sale from divorced celebs asking $3.65m for their former LA home. Indeed, a happy find!
