Taylor Swift’s Boytoy Home!
Taylor Swift's Boytoy Home!
Must SeeTop 10 Florida Condos For SaleNo sooner was it listed, it was sold! Not at all surprising for this completely refurbished estate home that was newly engineered to the most exacting green standards. This was the home of Robert F. Kennedy and his late wife Mary. It was also the home where Conor Kennedy, Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend, was raised.
Yes, . . that was "ex" in the boyfriend department . . or so the most recent gossip goes. With Taylor out promoting her new Red album until the end of the year, there’s really no time for romance. It’s more likely that their not being seen together recently has more to do with work schedules than ending the relationship. Even if they did end the romantic part, they’re both sweet, well-raised kids with better than average family backgrounds, so it’s almost unimaginable that they wouldn’t remain great friends. With or without a romantic Kennedy relationship, Taylor may have made the real estate deal of the year when purchasing a home next door to the Kennedy compound in Hyannisport, Massachusetts this summer. Besides, she’s much admired and liked by her new Kennedy neighbors. No, we doubt Conor will end up in song on any upcoming albums, though fans would love to disagree!
This is the Westchester property where Conor’s mother, Mary Kennedy, committed suicide after filing for divorce from her husband Robert. Of course neither father nor son have lived there since the sad incident, but the 10,000 square foot home that Mary designed was outstanding for its green vibes such as using recycled building materials, geothermal heating and cooling, fiber optic lighting and energy efficient appliances. On 10 acres of grounds, the home has formal rooms, a library, sauna, elevator and swimming pool on Howland Pond.
Kennedy Westchester home was listed for almost $4 million and sold after only one week on the market. The new owners have not been named.
