There’s no argument about Tim and Faith being on the A-list of country music singers. With a staggering 8 Grammys, 14 Country Music Awards, 14 American Music Awards, 4 People’s Choice Awards and 28 American Country Music Awards, is it any wonder that they have an estimated net worth of $135 million? Between recording, appearances and touring, it’s amazing that the couple have more than enough time for their three daughters.

When Tim and Faith do have time from obligations, they seem to enjoy juggling real estate. They’ve bought and sold many noteworthy properties, but the cream of the crop for nature and history lovers is this fabulous pre Civil War 753-acre farm they just listed. Located in the southern suburbs of Nashville, Tim and Faith bought the farm from Hank Williams, Jr. in 2001, which, at that time, included just the gracious Antebellum-style house. Later they added another four parcels, making it the size it is today.

Overall, the farm has five houses, a bulk barn with 12 stalls and a massive hay loft as well as tack room and attached caretaker’s apartment. There are also two large buildings for farm equipment and multiple use.

The main house, Beechwood Hall, was built in 1856 by Henry George Washington Mayberry and his wife, Sophronia. This 6,856 square foot home needs updating but has beautiful interior features in the wood flooring, high ceilings, intricately panelled library and grand entry hall with hand painted wall murals that lead to a curved staircase.

Instead of restoring Beechwood Hall, Tim and Faith instead restored the two-story log home that was built in 1850, consisting of antique hand-hewn logs and a Greek Revival entry - unusual for a log cabin of that era. Once inside, the rooms are bright with decor leaning toward contemporary, but still with the laid back ambiance of a cabin. With 3,330 square feet, the log house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and five fireplaces.

The farm has rolling pastures with ponds, woods and bucolic views from all windows, porches and decks. The other three houses are more recent builds and make nice staff homes or guest homes for family and friends.
