Adam & Behati Moving On, Listing Their Gorgeous Montecito Mansion

Near the top of gorgeous and expensive celebrity homes, Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, have listed their Montecito home they bought in 2022 for $52 million. The 11,523-square-foot Georgian Colonial-style home was originally built in 2009 for actor Rob Lowe and was designed by Santa Barbara architect Don Nulty to resemble Lowe’s Charlottesville, Virginia birthplace. Adam and Behati have made many changes to both the home’s interior and exterior; they are moving to be closer to their young children’s school. Levine is a champion house flipper with at least seven home flips since 2012. The home is listed for $65 million with Kurt Rappaport/Westside Estate Agency and Riskin Partners Estate Group/Village Properties/Forbes Global Properties.
