Built in 2011, Jeter lived in the home for several years before moving to South Florida. He then rented the home to Tom Brady when Brady signed with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jeter sold the home in 2021 for $22.5 million – the most expensive home ever sold in the Tampa area.
