‘Cocoon’ Mansion For Sale

In addition to the 9,932-square-foot home, new owners will also enjoy the home’s pool house where the Cocoon scenes were filmed. Known as Casa de Muchas Flores (House of Many Flowers), the home’s architect was Henry H DuPont, and it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
