Tom Brady’s new home on Miami Beach’s Indian Creek Island is nearing completion. The contemporary home is located a short distance from his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen’s equestrian ranch and her under-construction waterfront home in Surfside. Tom took out a $35 million construction loan for his new home, while Gisele paid about $11.5 million for her place in Surfside and $9 million for her 7.5-acre horse ranch.
