Is it all hype invented by bored entertainment media outlets, or was it leaked or clandestinely observed? Ensuing months will probably tell the true story of whether Tiger and Elin reconciling. But thinking about it further, it does make sense - with the children needing a family with both mom and dad. The trauma of discovery, anger and recovery is almost a hazy memory for the public, if not for Elin. Probably the only thing Tiger is missing is the stability of a home life inside a normal family. Prior to the divorce, Tiger and Elin had planned every detail to turn this into the perfect family home. However, after the divorce, Tiger took it over and turned it into the ultimate bachelor pad.

Elin subsequently purchased another mansion 10 miles down the beach from Tiger’s so it would be easier for the children to see their father. It was a large older colonial with white columns, but she tore it down. Some say it was because it didn’t meet safety requirements of the current hurricane building code, others say it was infested with termites. We say it was probably a better investment for resale since beachfront property only goes up in value and with a stylish contemporary mansion, is a prime listing. Plus, the Seminole Landing Golf Club doesn’t want celebrity members.

Since Tiger’s land runs beach to bay with boat docks on the bay side, we’ll lay our money that his will be the house of final choice. Only time will tell.
