Brazilian Soccer Star Buys In Bal Harbour

Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, better known as Kaká, recently purchased a three-bedroom condo in ritzy Bal Harbour for $8.725 million. The oceanfront residence comes with over 3,300 square feet and views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Miami skyline. Michael Martinez with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, while the buyer was represented by Jennifer Olmeda with WRA Real Estate Solutions.
Kaká is a retired Brazilian soccer player widely considered one of the greatest players of all time. He is a former FIFA World Player of the Year who was also an all-star contributor to several charities, including those for world hunger and disaster relief. He was named by Time as one of the world’s most influential people in both 2008 and 2009.
