Florida Home Prices Continue Their Steep Increase

Despite higher interest rates, Florida condo and home prices continue to go up. Single-family median sales prices have increased almost 4% over March 2023 and condo-townhouse median prices have increased 3.1%. According to a recent report from Point2, the average price of a home in some parts of Florida has increased almost 100% since 2018.
