Ron Rice, who died in 2022 at the age of 81 in Daytona Beach, went from high school chemistry teacher to multi-millionaire, suntan lotion tycoon with his Hawaiian Tropic suncare brand. With Rice’s passing, his longtime oceanfront mansion is for sale at a reduced price of $4.75 million. The four-bedroom home includes 12,000 square feet, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and 200 feet of beach frontage.
