It was a home that Joe said he envisioned taking his boat to drop his kids off at school and then head to the pub with his friends.
Joe and Sophie have been busy with their real estate deals. They sold their Encino, California home in 2021 for $15.2 million, then bought a Miami waterfront home for $11 million and recently sold it for $15 million.
