Owl Creek Ranch Sets New Colorado Record

Known as The Ranch at Owl Creek, the property has views of all four ski resorts in Aspen and is full of amenities, including a heated swimming pool, wine cellar, movie theater and a stocked trout pond. The 12,655-square-foot home includes eight bedrooms and eight baths. The listing agent was Doug Leibinger from Compass and the buyer’s agent was Dennis Burns of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty.
