This year, Christine announced her exit from The Oppenheim Group to set up her own firm in Los Angeles. Together with her husband, Christian Dumontet, Christine has launched RealOpen, a platform that allows buyers to purchase homes using crypto currency. The service allows crypto asset holders to offer, negotiate, and complete a cash purchase of any property—without cashing out their crypto assets prior to closing. Offered at $33.9 million, the ultra-luxury penthouse of 43-story skyscraper, Regalia, is the first South Florida property to be featured on the platform and offered directly to the crypto community. Says Christine, “Our platform bridges the gap between luxury real estate and Miami’s deep crypto community. The Penthouse at Regalia is the introduction of RealOpen to Miami.”
The largest condo currently on the Miami-area market, with 10,755 square feet of indoor living plus 6,050 square feet of 360-degree wraparound terrace, the Penthouse at Regalia offers three floors plus a private rooftop deck. At the top of the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach, the home offers big views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, Golden Beach and the skylines of Miami and Miami Beach. Huge windows provide 360 degrees of views and tons of natural light. Six bedrooms and six bathrooms are complemented by a glass wine cellar, lounge theater, bar and billiards room. The master bathroom is an exquisite, spa-like space with its own steam room, sauna, and massage area. The entire space has been furnished with the finest materials sourced from around the world and meticulously designed by Charles Allem of CAD International, named five times to Architectural Digest’s AD 100 top list.
