With a list price of $165 million when Villa Firenze first came on the market in 2018, it eventually sold at auction in 2021 for $51 million. A year later, the 28,000-square-foot home was back on the market at $120 million, and now reduced to $79.5 million. The home is located on 12 acres in Beverly Park, the most exclusive part of Beverly Hills. At the time, it was the most expensive U.S. home ever to go to auction.
