That loud sigh we just heard all the way to the east coast was Christina Aguilera who appears to have finally sold her . . . shall we say, "exceptional". . . Bel Air mansion that has been sitting on the market for two years.

Formerly owned by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne where they filmed most of their reality series from 2002 to 2005, when Christina bought the house for $11.5 million back in 2007, her goal was to give each room its own personality. And that she did. InStyle magazine said it best when they described the interior as, "Gothic, burlesque, Hollywood Regency and chinoiserie elements are juxtaposed with modern flourishes like graffiti artwork, Japanese anime and kaleidoscopic rugs."

Christina and ex-husband, Jordan Bratman, put the house on the market at $13.5 million and in the two years it has been listed, never wavered on price. Surely the mystery buyer calculated the cost of a truck load of Kilz before making their offer. It will be interesting to see the final sale price.

Distracting decor aside, we understand the interior bones are excellent with a grand foyer and staircase, that the size of the home is 10,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms, 9 baths, a master suite with separate his-and-her baths and closets and includes a sitting area with fireplace. It also has a beauty salon, screening room, gym, game room and a dedicated gift wrapping area. The separate guest house contains a recording studio and outside one finds a pool, barbecue and appealing grotto.

It took two years but it looks like "Voice" star Christina Aguilera finally sold her pink palace, the former Ozzy & Sharon Osbourne home.
