Morella, once a stomping ground for Australia's elite, was abandoned fifteen years ago, and now the property has become the playground of squatters, hoodlums, and, some say, ghosts. Aside from the teenagers partying on the property, neighbors say they hear ghostly sounds coming from the property at night. Mystery and intrigue surround the family and this home that was featured in Australia's "Home Beautiful" magazine in 1943. The Art Deco home is currently valued at about $6 million, mostly because of its location on Chowder Bay.
