Warren Buffett's Son's Home!
Must SeeTop 10 Florida Condos For SaleNot a day goes by that we don’t hear the name Warren Buffett. But what we don’t hear as much of and should, is about his exceptionally talented son, Peter. Warren gave Peter a rare gift. He gave him the opportunity and encouragement to create a life for himself that fit his own needs and dreams and the breathing space to develop them. Peter left Stanford and went into private record producing and writing commercials in San Francisco. Now an Emmy winning musician, he has spent the last 30 years as a songwriter, performer and author. Peter has written a book entitled Life is What You Make It with reviewers noting its value to young readers starting out in life. Peter is successfully living his dream and making his father very proud.
Peter and his wife, Jennifer, have put their One Madison Park condo on the market and already have a contract. Due to their constant travel with Peter’s career and their NoVo Foundation dedicated to improving the lives of women, they found they were unable to use the apartment enough to warrant keeping it. The tall slender building was built in 2009 and has been a dramatic change in the Flatiron/Gramercy neighborhood. Though the elegant building underwent its share of financial complications, it is now under reorganization by Related and HFZ and is expected to soon be completed. The Buffet condo is its first resale. Comprised of 1,962sf, it houses 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and dramatic 18th floor city views from floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
Peter’s father, Warren, on the other hand, still lives in the same house he bought in 1958 for $31,500. According to Wikipedia, the house is now worth about $700, 000.
