Rachael Ray
Cute as a button with a perky personality to match, Rachael Ray has taught us that Italian home cooking is a lot more than just Sunday gravy! Here is a woman so in touch with what foods go well together, if left alone in a room with three ingredients, she would undoubtedly come up with something totally mouthwatering! Starting out with the winning concept of how to prepare a meal in 30 minutes, she developed a signature new vocabulary for cooking to describe a cross between stew and soup--"stoup", EVOO for extra virgin olive oil and a number of others. Hard to imagine how one petite little gal could grow into an $18 million business practically overnight, but Rachael clearly doesn't slow down enough to let grass grow under her feet. Rachel has 19 books published, an award-winning TV talk show and is featured everywhere from FHM-US to Time to Forbes. She also has her own online store, line of cookware, food, a magazine, product endorsements for Nabisco, Dunkin' Donuts, home products and more. Does she ever have a normal day at home?
Rachael and her husband, John Cusimano, live in Southhampton, NY on a property of 6.2 acres near a golf course. The main house consists of 2,800 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 3 separate guest cottages. They also own a cabin property and another residence in Greenwich Village.
