Rosie has had a full plate recently that keeps overflowing. First her firing from Oprah’s network, then her June 9th wedding to Michelle Rounds - recently diagnosed with a rare tumor disease, and then her own heart attack. The former talk show host listed her Miami Beach estate on the last day of her cancelled Oprah Network talk show. Rosie purchased the waterfront mansion in 1999 at the height of popularity of The Rosie O’Donnell Show for $6.75 million. Claiming a total renovation, she put the Miami Beach mansion on the market for $19.5 million, even though the county tax appraiser has it appraised at $8.04 million.

The man-made islands between Miami and Miami Beach have been there for ions and are lush, private residential enclaves that are buffered from the Atlantic by Miami Beach, away from the noise, traffic and hordes of South Beach revelers.
