Having been on and off the market for some time after the president’s death in 2006, the home in Beaver Creek Resort joined the resort portfolio of the Portico Club in July 2012. The Club is a travel service created by Exclusive Resorts, which offers members deep discounts on private luxury residences in 60 locations around the world. Adding to the already apparent luxury of membership is the dedicated "escapist" assigned to each member who does everything from detailed trip planning to pre-stocking the refrigerator, making spa appointments and buying lift tickets.

The large, almost 10,000 square foot home has 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, theater, gourmet kitchen, private massage room, elevator access, actual presidential office, a billiard/poker room (built in the secret service quarters) and the president’s lap pool - the only indoor private pool in Beaver Creek Resort. Beaver Creek has 1805 skiable acres, 17 lifts, and 148 ski runs.

The historic Gerald and Betty Ford ski and golf resort home now rents for between $2,850 to $11,195 per night.
