Tiger just sold a 2,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on Ocean Boulevard in Corona-Del-Mar, California.

An unassuming little condo even if it’s overlooking the Pacific, it’s nothing close to his Windermere, Florida estate that made world headlines in 2009 when he crashed his Cadillac SUV into a fire hydrant and tree at 2:25 a.m. That was when police found Tiger lying in the street with his wife Elin Nordegren hovering over him with a golf club. Ellin told the police that she used the golf club to break the back window and get her husband out of the car. Oh sure! Gossip columns soon reported that Tiger was doing a lot more than playing golf. It has a nice patio and deep balcony with decent views and a nice master bath. The kitchen has a nice stove, but gourmet as they said in the home ad? Not really, but the view is nice. The master bedroom seems to be the best room as it’s the only one not cloaked in darkness.

Purchased in 2004, the condo just sold for $2,213,875, about a half million loss from what Tiger paid.
